In regards to your original question, here are some off the top of my head:

 

- CPU "Haight Street Freak" and "Virtual Flirt" are both 149 bpm;

 

- Stralia "Transducer" and Psyside "True Power" are both 150 bpm (both on Freaks in a Frenzy comp);

 

- if I remember correctly, P-Cok "Double Doper" is ridiculously fast;

 

- and there's an unreleased remix of GMS "Jaws" that's at 155 bpm!
