The reply I got for my mail from Ultimae was: "Hydroponic Garden is no longer in our catalogue. CBL don't want to carry on with Ultimae and have now their own label." They even mentioned the Bandcamp link for CBL's new label. So it might be just a moving on in life thing. Or may be Ultimae's good hospitality.
