Alek Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 Anyone going? I'm giving a lecture, but I have no clue what's up with music scene. Looking at the lineup, the only artists I know are old acts from the 90s (which I look forward to hearing). But all those other names are so foreign to me.... any recommendations on what to look out for? Quote
Padmapani Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 be aware that most artists from the 90s make radically different music now. don't expect koxbox, laughing buddha, electric universe and tristan to play goa trance. but tbh, they are imho still better than many others on the lineup. it wholly depends on what you're after. for fullon, burn in noise and avalon should make decent music. for psytrance martian arts is a good choice. if you're into dark, mechanical progressive, then go to hypogeo. i'm not into darkpsy so i cannot comment on that besides that i still enjoyed penta's sets (a few years ago) even though i don't like darkpsy. Alek Posted July 31, 2015 Author Posted July 31, 2015 Thanks! I really liked Penta back in the day, so will look out for him. I'm not much into full on, progressive, or grinding dark... so I guess most of my time will be spent on the acoustic Dragon's Nest Quote
