Guest BrettfromTibet Posted February 21, 2004 Posted February 21, 2004 What are the best morning sounds released in the last year or two? What artists or CD releases would you consider essential for a late morning set? AFTER the Parasense/psychotic micro/Xenomorph night attack has blown them apart. I want to put people back togther happily- celebrate the rising sun with some brght morning psychedelic. some DJ's...like Doof and Dimitri do this without being cheesy. . Quote
Guest Yantra Posted February 21, 2004 Posted February 21, 2004 I am looking for that a long time, the most closest i get was Asarualin cd "No Light Without Darkness", the best one to me for sure Quote

Guest BrettfromTibet Posted February 22, 2004 Posted February 22, 2004 3 years ago or so - i was into artists like Jaia, Electric Universe, Space Tribe, Human Blue, California Sunshine, Atmos, TIP Moovers and Groovers.... any more modern followups to these classic AM sounds? Quote
Guest Dr. Cheroot Posted February 23, 2004 Posted February 23, 2004 Assuming you're looking for happy melodies with full-on bass, try Silicon Sound, Fatali, Mekkanikka, Altom, . I didn't like their albums (except for Mekkanikka), but they've released some great singles on compilations, most recently Neo:Robotics, Beaches and Cream, Alfa. Btw, after, 12 am, bring in Parasense/psychotic micro/Xenomorph again, it's pretty intense listening to these guys in the heat of the afternoon sun. Have fun. Quote
Guest .:::E.P Posted February 23, 2004 Posted February 23, 2004 Elysium Project "Regenerated" As morning as it gets ! Quote
Guest scalar Posted February 24, 2004 Posted February 24, 2004 Double Dragon! Either album The first one has more melodies - if thats what makes a morning track - i don't know... the second has more 'groove' - again very very nice - and some of the best production you will ever hear. also check out the slower melodic stuff on M.O.S.'s album drive: some really magical atmospheres in the middle of that album. Good luck! Quote
