I search for a Proggi album with Drum-Variation: double or triple kicks.

i don't think there's a name for that. it's just that the kick drum pattern is not the most boring pattern possible. tbh, you'll find that all over goa trance but i haven't yet heard a single progressive track with some variety here. even in fullon it's just a simple four on the floor pattern >99% of the time...

Search for Proggi album with this in every single track and a pattern which come every lets say 5 to 10 seconds. Must be dominant.

here, have this, it has special beats and is proggi too. probably not the proggi you want but like Padmapani said it's rare to find that kind of special on proggi psytrance. this is more proggi goa if anything in the more literal sense, with proggi meaning that it has evolved. as in progress.

Well, off the top of my head I can recall this one

 

It was released on Hadshots' "Heavy machinery" compilation. Maybe you wouldn't really call it proggy nowadays but it was considered kind of proggy back then.
