Dolmot
Nervasystem & Aether - Distorted Waves of Om:"Analyse the following statement: Nothing is unthinkable to me for to think of nothing is not to think at all."Fractal Glider - Colonization:"How am I supposed to hallucinate with all these swirling colours distracting me?"

Oopie
Planet BEN & Climax Absolüte (forgot which tracks) "We live double lives with insects and beautiful women" Green Nuns - Ring Of Fire (?) "OK Space Cadets, prepare to hurtle thru the cosmos!"
Paul Eye
One of my all time favourites Logic Bomb - The Third Revelation: "music is more than mathematics, and I am much more than a program with musical subroutines" Planet BEN Questionmark. Ormion
Personally, I am convinced that there must by many, many higher civilizations in this enormous and incredible ancient universe of ours. Ah, you mean less popular samples. Then I'll go with Tortured Brain vs Steriliser-The Dealer and DarkPsy-I Feel. Both are too big to quote. Blair Thaumic
BOTFB - Time and True Hope. "In this universe, we process time linearly forward. But outside of our space-time, from what would be a fourth dimensional perspective, time wouldn't exist. And from that vantage, could we attain it, we'd see our space-time would look flattened, like a single sculpture with matter in a superposition of every place it ever occupied. Our sentience just cycling through our lives like carts on a track" "In eternity where there is no time, nothing can grow, nothing can become, nothing changes. So death created time, to grow the things that it kills. And you are reborn, but into the same life, that you've always been born into"
Padmapani
"Music is more than mathematics. And I am much more than a program with musical subroutines!" "Inside this room, all of my dreams become reality." logic bomb - the third revelation the second one just works so nicely (when you're actually at a party inside). (edit: i somehow missed paul eye's post. i'll still leave the sample in here.) "yeah, sorta reminds me of my time in montana, 31st of december 1994, when i saw the mexican jesus floating down the river…" scatterbrain - mexican jesus this one is truly unique "As a child, I could walk on the ceiling. I'd butterfly up on the walls" the delta - as a child i could walk on the ceiling if that's not considered too popular? the sample of hiscore - identify also never fails to create a monumental atmosphere.
astralprojection
btw the best off the top of my head is Noone ever dreams and Gamma Goblins 2 (third one is The sleeper (mwnn remix) but i play with that all the time ) theyre so untouchable they will probably never be used again in psy. its like toying with stuff you aint really allowed to toy with
Djuna
If you're talking about samples implemented in a track, not just movie quotes during a break, I'd say definitely Deflo.
Rotwang
I know the OP asked for no videos, but personally the samples I like best are not necessarily the ones with the most interesting message, but the ones that are used to best effect musically. So just posting transcriptions wouldn't achieve much. Anyway, here are three tracks that spring immediately to mind: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jNYEbD5NDI Charlie Chaplin's speech (starting at 5:20 and again at 6:37) really adds to the climax of this tune. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9t0f0hGPBRs I love the rhythmically chopped McKenna sample that brings us out of the 12/8 section at 4:27. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=96QM3lk0UR4 This whole album is full of great samples. Starkraver
Awesome Rotwang, on the same lines. I like how Square have manipulated the sample in No Limitations.
the goa constrictor
Texas Faggott/Tea Chairs/Mandalavandalz have always had some of the best samples One of my more favorites is from Illegal Aliens Fucking Alex Jones rambling nonsense about illegal aliens from Mexico coming into our country and taking our jobs and shit being repurposed to sound like generic UFO ramblings of the goa realm. Love it
Dolmot
Technossomy - Chug "Let's not start that flying saucer nonsense again." Refreshing.
