I have a friend like you, totally crazy guy, but the good crazy - he wouldn't hurt anyone and is creative like none other.. BUT BUT BUT BUT.. he can't focus. He can't calm down long enough to start a project, see it through, and finish it.

 

So he started a 2 man project and that did the trick
