Also, to answer your question - I'm pretty sure "Martin Freeland" is not a registered trademark because it's a name of a guy, so you can call yourself that if you prefer. Also I doubt that most psytrance band names like "Man With No Name" or "Shiva Space Technology" are trademarked, so you're obviously free to call yourself that as well. If I were you however, I'd maybe go for something more recognisable like "Simon Posford" if you really hope to make it to the high level peoples city...
