recursion loop
Goa trance is not my usual output, I was just trying out various ideas. Ptetty cheesy stuff, bordering uplifting trance. The track title is arbitrary, made it up when posting the thread The track is private on SC so I can't properly embed it, you may listen it by the soundcloud link. EDIT: removed the private settings aslo enabled the downloads for the case someone likes it
antic604
Really liked it! Some good sounds, especially the squishy acids in the background around 1/3 and the slow melody in 2/3. I appreciated the journey as well - starts like Astral Projection, then gets darker and mysterious to end up slightly "cheesy" (your words ) in the style of Delirious Noons.
recursion loop
Thanks! My favorite track structure in psy and goa is when darker parts are contrasted by lighter, more melodious/euphoric ones, as you said this makes a track feel like a journey. I'm very happy about that your "journey" comment, this is exactly what was planned here .
Simonmush
Nice track. Love the juicy acid lines. Towards the end indeed a little too cheesy for my taste. but, yeah a matter of taste. Why only private link?
recursion loop
Thanks! I thought that I may submit it to some goa labels - hence the private link, though I'm still not sure if it is good enough.
recursion loop
I made a new version of the track, tried to get cleaner mix, tighter bassline etc. What do you think about this? Does it sound like goa and is it any good?
