multi-label 2cd comps

I really miss all the 2cd compilations from the past.

You know the ones with all the great artists and labels.

Todays compilations have only artists related with the label which released the comp. For example 3D Vision comps have 3d Vision artists (talamasca,nomad,absolum etc.), Parvati comps Parvati artists(kindzadza,psychotic micro,azax syndrom), Dragonfly comps the same etc.

Where are all the multi-label comps and why we don't have any 2cds any more?

(of course Goa Head still exists but the last volumes suck!!! and Yellow Sunshine Explosion 2cds comps also!)

probably because these day it's hard enough to find decent tracks to fill up ONE CD, let alone 2...
