Guest Tripster Posted April 23, 2004 Posted April 23, 2004 Tiip World is releasing a new compilation called RED which should be released at the very beginning of may... The first track is a remix of the old TIP song "Stimulus" (remember?) by Hallucinogen himself. Go have a listen to it, it looks great and Saikosounds has got a 4 min sample ! Quote
Guest Raider Posted April 23, 2004 Posted April 23, 2004 Has a great grooooove. Can't wait for this release! Quote
Guest antic Posted April 23, 2004 Posted April 23, 2004 I guess you don't remember this track too well, because it's called "Stimuli" Quote
Järsimähäiriö Posted April 23, 2004 Posted April 23, 2004 Ooops, pretty fookin' sweet if you don't mind my French! The rest of the album is lame but this, this... Something else. Quote
Guest ear Posted April 24, 2004 Posted April 24, 2004 I highly doubt this comp will live up to the standars set by TIP's coloured series. They should've named it something else. I only expect that track to be good. Other than that, it''ll likely be another overhyped mediocre TipWorld comp. Quote
Guest Adz Om Posted April 24, 2004 Posted April 24, 2004 this rmx aint too shabby at all 8] whats with the 2nd track, . Nissimyani Vs The Melovskys / Fir Cough a new take on 'neighbour of the beast' which was a new take on 'panic in paradise'. Quote
Guest grahf Posted April 24, 2004 Posted April 24, 2004 hmm, just listened to all the 4 min sound samples of Red on saikosounds, and oh yeah, the hallucinogen remix is far and away the most original track there. It almost sounds like simon is doing tech-trance, though. The rest is TIP/israeli style full-on. Probably better than most releases in that style, but probably not near as mindblowing as the original colors series. Quote
Järsimähäiriö Posted April 24, 2004 Posted April 24, 2004 It almost sounds like simon is doing tech-trance, though. Come again? What, exactly, do you consider as "tech-trance" Quote
Guest ear Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 "...and oh yeah, the hallucinogen remix is far and away the most original track there" If a remix of something is the most original one ... then how original are the rest of the tracks ? Quote
shpongled Posted April 25, 2004 Posted April 25, 2004 Damn that's juicy remix! I wouldn't mind whole Feeling Weird remixed by Hallucinogen. Quote
Guest Cryion Posted May 1, 2004 Posted May 1, 2004 remix doesnt mean there cant be innovation in a track. there are a lot of remixes out there which dont even sound close to their original ... Quote
