Guest perro andaluz
Need some help here!! I just got my hands on this classic CD, but I'm not sure if I got ripped-off. The CD itself is original, no doubt there, but the booklet looks kind of suspicious because the inside is completely blank and I have never seen a blank booklet, so I wonder if it's just a good color copy. Is it supposed to be like this??

Guest antic
well, you've been ripped off inside the original booklet there is a two-page text in which Billy explains what he wanted to achieve in every track and tells a story behind it. there are also the usual thanx and greetings from him and the label.... ...sorry... Guest perro andaluz
Yeah, no liner notes, no nothing, just a cheap color copy, at least the CD is original. And I thought GEMM was reliable
Guest antic
I think Transient was putting the first release of Bill's albums in digipacks, while all the other, later re-prints (mostly made be EFA) were in standard jewel-case. BTW. Anybody got some news about Cosmosis' 5th album? It's been two years since Contact and he is releasing new stuff every two years (1996 - Cosmology, 1998 - Synergy, 2000 - Intergalactic, 2002 - Contact). I heard from a guy close to Transient Rec. that Billy now lives in Spain and had (2 months ago) just one more track to finish new album. It's supposed to be released on his own new label, not on Transient though...
Guest cubensis
Are you sure it isn't a promo copy? I have one of these, and the inside of the booklet is blank. On my copy the word "Cosmosis" is off-center on the front cover, and on the back cover it says "Not for sale. Promotional use only" at the bottom, in fine print. Guest PK
My Cosmosis-Synergy is a Digipack too
khogg
Yes, I have had both the early release and a later release. The early one was digipack, and the later one was in a rather budget jewel case. However, the inside of the booklet in the jewel case still has all that writing about the tracks!
Guest Kristian
I stopped listening to Cosmosis after Synergy and did almost not even remember that he released Contact.. Cosmology and Synergy is two of the best records ever made, after that..... Hope he will get back to his originalstyle if he's about to release another album. Only 2 first cd's are good and maybe Cosmology being a bit better...
khogg
His later albums have a few good tracks on each but not as solidly good as the first two. I would say Synergy is the best of all. All have cool artwork though!
Guest Nicolasnickleby
Synergy is unbeatle when it comes to old-school goa. I have this LP in my archives. Old school goa LP's hae the best artwork too and This one is a phenom.
