They don't reply to the mail. Are they really serious ? It's the first and the last time i order a cd there ! Edit : we can see in the shipping section : "Shipping Orders that we recived until 11am will be shipped at the same day. All others orders will be shipped on the next day. That doesnt mean it was a fakes card. The bank just dont accept it. im sorry but we have many order with credit cards that are fakes, where the limit is reach or other payment problems. Per week we have like 10 ppl that try to pay by fake cards. so im really pissed off by all these credit card thing. in the beginning i wrote to all this ppl but in more or less all cases i didnt got a response from them. since i need to run also a distribution and a label i just cant spend my time to track what went wrong. i hope u understand this. since u wrote me you want to cancel i just did it without to respond to you. sorry so if u want to order again i will try again to charge it and i will keep u up to date all time.
