Track/Artist ID on possible Goa/Trance Track - Video from South East Asia Late 80ies/Early 90ies

Dear all,

lately, I have been digitizing my dad's VHS videos. Among other things, I found this.I know that this has been filmed in either India or Indonesia, late 80ies early 90ies as he was constantly on business there and -apparently- did some partying.

I m posting this link to reddit where I posted the video clip 
(it seems I cannot post videos here)

Would anyone know what the Track ID is from 0:18 onwards?
