Who was first? Special sound effect .....

So O.K.! After discovering the very good debut Album by Ukrainien Artist Katedra, I noticed the 2nd track on the Album uses the same cool breathing sound effect that Material Music has on his superb track, Musica Electronica. I think even Katedra must be inspired by Material Music. Or, someone enlighten me plz?
