Sample from Spiritual Healing Remix

What exactly is the sample? 

I'm referring to the first 2 minutes of the remix version. The piano thing. 

It's been 28 years, someone would have found it by now, no? 

I know the guy himself does NOT like to answer pms.. At least I've never had any luck... 

 

Tbf I've been searching for damn near 30 years and I almost hate myself for even trying anymore. And fuck you Juan for not being more open like cosmosis. I asked him about the moonshine sample and got a reply immediately. I still had to find it myself because he couldn't fully remember - but he gave me his memory from it and i found it like that. It was a Frank zappa sample. Why Juan, must you be so damn obtuse.

Yes it's a sample.. You can hear it repeat in a way a sample would repeat.

Honestly, it sounds like a short melody he composed himself.

The only thing it reminds me of is some slightly speeded up rearrangement of the Tubular Bells melody (very loosely), or some Tangerine Dream melody.

Maybe. It's possible for sure. Just get the feeling of a sample. Just the way it loops and there's an artifact (a slight noise) that also loops, making it seem like it's a sample.
