abasio
Does anyone remember where exactly in an album you cramed your pants or wet your knickers? I remember in Shpongle's Tales of the Inexpressible towards the end of Around the World in A Tea Daze when the beat kicked in a little faster. In Technossomy - Synthetic Flesh during kozmotron (1&2) when the synth line kicks off. These are two moments of utter genious that made me go "oh my f***ing GOD!!!!" Stand out moments in stand out albums. There are more like the end of Phreaky - Over the moon (on Order Odanata Technical Uses of Sound In Magickk) when the melody changes direction or the end of Shamanix by Hallucinogen. Orgasm worthy! Orgasm worthy! 580402[/snapback] Mine would be Hallucinogen's Deranger. That bit towards the end of the track, building up towards the climax, the beat slowly and hypnotically speeds up, changes pitch, and somehow (it's genius) starts spinning, round and round, faster and faster. I've never heard anything like it before or since. It always reminds me of a catherine wheel. Definately one of the most psychedelic pieces of music I've ever heard. I'm awash with mental images whenever I hear it.
Otto Matta
My all-time favorite is still that part in Alcyone. You know the one. Runner up 1: Ka-Sol's Pricken (from Tales From the Dark Forest) when the third stage of melody intensity kicks in before the conga-like drum break. Runner up 2: Pigs in Space album, Big Trouble in Outer Space Remix, the melody layering shortly after the break, and then the huge crunchy melody build at the end. If anyone could lead me to similar stuff I'd be delighted. Read HUGE, CONTROLLED INTENSITY.

Oopie
alright! hiscore, identify, at 4:40 when the track just explodes from acid. it's so intense and complicated music I'm always amazed. infected mushroom, return of the shadows, sometime at 3rd minute I think... genius beautiful "it couldn't be better" melody kicks in... boris blenn, portamento, near the end when the voice sample is over, the last build up. Simple but incredibly effective.
Sarrsari
The track Dynamo vs 220v - 3d mix, from the album Liquid Logic. That song almost killed me the first time I heard it, and I can't go to sleep without listening to the last part. Incredible track. Will get back to you on further favorites. Tiredness is kicking in.
