Recent Downtime

You may have noticed that Psynews recently was down for an extended period of time 

We had a shattered hard drive and needed some time to recover the data. 

Huge thanks to our admin Mars that the data was saved. 

I hope everybody is fine and well. The forums are up again.

No Crowd Strike, we suffered same fate like ETNOSCSOPE ("raw remains of a shattered drive")...

It happened again - but it was easily fixable: Server restarted, all is well.

I could've sworn I replied to this thread. Yes it's a home server running in Mars's home. A lot of downtime has been caused by database errors (Old and large database) and one time we had an overheating problem.
