Guest Michael Posted September 17, 2001 Posted September 17, 2001 I made a song in reason and exported the tracks---and put them into logic there's a lot of empty space / silence that isn't being used in each track so i clipped it out---but i'd like for those unused pieces to actually be deleted.... cubase has a "prepare master" function in its audio pool--it saves only the used portions of the song's audio and deletes the sections that aren't being used in the song. Does logic have a similar function? before i do "optimize file" i wanted to check first so I wouldn't lose anything. any help is greatly appreciated : ) -michael Quote
Guest Zhoro Posted September 17, 2001 Posted September 17, 2001 I think you would find it much more useful if you posted a question like that to the Logic user forums. Here's a couple: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/logic-users http://f23.parsimony.net/forum49865/ Good luck! Zhoro. Quote
