Guest 'CiD
Alright. I've used IT for my whole life now.. (atleast all i can remember) I used to use it to put together cheap little songs and what not, but now i use it to program percussive rhythms and weird noises with samples. I've just purchased a new computer and it keeps telling me i have insignifigant memory. Now... my computers gotta Pentium 4 1.5 Ghz and a 60 gig harddrive. I dont have any problems with memory! When i first installed this back in the day on my old comp i remember i had to go through dos and change something around, and i dont remember what that "something" is. If someone could help me out so i could run this on my nice new shinny computer, that would be much appreciated!
Guest Protex Midget
Hey Cid, i guess that the error messages you have been getting are a sign from God. He is telling you that the days of impulse are over, and it is time to move on to some more seriouse gear... Protex Midget
Guest U
You need to define your memory in the CONFIG.SYS file so it can work with DOS. Try adding this: device=c:windowshimem.sys device=c:windowsemm386.exe ram 64000 (or whatever RAM u've got) This should solve the problem but make sure these files are located where they are located. Guest 'CiD
Protex, I use Logic Audio Platium, and have a few anolog synths. I just use IT to make little percussive patterns, if you actually read my post. Thank you U. I'm gonna try that out right now!

Guest Slidingtrancer
Well I see the problem is solved, if that doesn't work open the properties of it.exe and go to the memory part and fix it...
