Guest akindo
Yes, but you RARELY need the extra 50 watts.
Guest Zhoro
Win2K and XP are infinitely more stable than the 9x line, but unfortunately are still not supported by many crucial applications. Logic, for example, introduces Win2K/XP support in V. 5 in January.
Guest 'CiD
I thought you could run any win 9x program with XP? It's got a nice function where you can select which system you want to run it as, in proporties. I just bought a new comp as well and it had XP preloaded a month and half before release. Am i wrong? Guest etherdesign
That switch is just if you want to use the WinXP desktop, or the classic Win9x desktop, some programs are compatible, some aren't, not sure what this is as I'm not a programmer, I just know some stuff doesn't work..
