Hi Everyone. I am an aspiring DJ and am buying equipment. I got the mixer and cdjs, now I need some decent headphones. I want to keep my cost at ~ $100.

Help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

I would save some money and buy some better ones if I 'only' had 100$

Save about 200/300 and then go shopping :D

headphones for DJing or for listening? Those are two totally different kinds of headphones.

hm, new Sennheiser HD280 are about to come out, ugly as sh*t but still could be interesting.

I'd recommend the good old Sony MDR-v700's. Very flexible design with rotating cups so they rest comfortably on one ear. Plus the sound is great for the price. You should be able to snag a pair for around $100, maybe slightly more. While I bought them for djing, I use them for listening and working on my computer as well, for which they also work out nicely.
