Hi...

To anyone who can help me it would be great.

I have some samples in .wav format

I have a stand alone Sampler (Roland SP80

but since I have it on the computer I dont want to record it on to the sampler change the pitch/bpm and get it back into the comp because Im loosing generation.

Is there a way to do it in Acid... I tried it works.. but when saving it is my problem.

I export to a .wav file and then after I close Acid and open the .wav file which I adjusted the bpm of... it says "this data chunk contains no data"

I am perplexed as to what to do... Any help would be much apreciated... Thanks

Hmm, sounds like you're doing everything fine in Acid. Have you checked the properties of the .wav in Acid? If so, what are they? If all else fails, do you have Recycle? You can change the tempo with that too. Soundforge also has tempo adjust capabilities...
