Guest U
Hey there... Finally devided to start using cubase after many many years of Impulse and Scream trackers (something like 6 years) and I've played with it for a while now but I still have some issues I can't solve... How do you control the Vst Plugin's and Equalizers from the song??? I can only define them to one value but I can't find any way to change that in the middle of the song... How do you chop up the sound (not using the chopper) like you do with the "I00" command in Impulse...
shpongled
Go to here --> www.analogx.com ...download and install Gate. How to use: Open Audio file in Cubase... Choose the plug Gate from Output column of some midi track... program (edit) some rhythm... that's it... the audio track will play only when there is note triggered from midi track... you can choose attack and release times. Hope that helps.
Guest Mike Indidginus
To control the plug ins as your track plays you have to draw events into the controller editor for the appropriate plug-in... Have a look in the pdf documentation it has a description of where to start there...
