Guest dam10n
Hi, I use this program MP£2Wav pro which - duh - turns MP3 files into .wav for editing, sampling, etc. Dead useful and good program. Query is: the .wav it produce is about 8 times the size of the original .mp3 file, so does it actually make it wave quality? How can the program put data there that wasn't there in the first place? And if I download say a lame quality MP3 track and turn it into a .wav, will it sound just like a CD when i play it out? Sorry if this is a stoopid nincompoop type question but it's bugging me! Thanks, Damion
shpongled
You can't get better quality like that... it's not the original data that comes there when converting.
Guest mk-11
youv'e lost the original quality from the first compression..and just turning the compressed mp3 back to a wav at less quality to the original
Guest clone
Try the mp3 eJay pro, it has the editor just for mp3s. so you don't need to convert them for editing...
