Ok here is the deal,

 

I have managed to play with a Nord Lead 2, but not a Nord Lead 1. What are the major differences?? I als o want to know if anyone has heard the nordlead 3, and what is it like??

Hey Mike...........the nord lead is a nice synth indeed. I would rec a 2 as the price diff between the 2 and 3 are vast and i think the 3 is really overpriced for what it is. look to pay around AUS$1800 for a keyboard version and a lot less for a rack.

 

Would b a very nice way to strart your studio

I sold my Nordlead 1 (Expanded with 12-voices) for 5000SEK, 2 years ago.

Bad choice I tell you. I loved that synth.
