concentrating on the bad not the good?

anyone ever have this problem ? when looking at my own tracks or making something, i tend to look at the bad, and correct it from there, and not flow with the good? it's kind of annoying because then i start getting all "this all sux" bla bla bla, and lose enjoying it ;o...i wonder what i can do to change this, anyone else have this problem ?

I have exactly the same thing, but I wanna do stuff my damn CPU can't take..
