Guest translumination (wow)
Hey, just wondering if it's possible to get the TS404 to play 32 notes. I guess I could make one note, save as a wav file and then create a new channel and shift the time, but that seems really tedious and resource heavy.. Any ideas? shpongled
Can't you just use 280bpm in Fruity loops?
Guest translumination (wow)
yeah, but i arrange entire tracks in fruity loops, so the whole song would have to be at 280. heh.. little fast for my taste!
Guest bugbread
Unless you're trying to add them to an existing song: Start a song at 280bpm and put the kick drum every eigth step instead of every fourth step. Bam presto! You have 140 BPM with the ability to play 8th notes as well.

Guest etherdesign
From Fruity loops FAQ on their website:  Is there a way to get 32nd note resolution without doubling the tempo ?  There are several ways to do this :  1. Go to 'options > song settings' and set the bar-length to 32. Of course the entire song will be 32-dots then.  2. Move your dots to the pianoroll and slice'm up there :  Select 'send to pianoroll' (alt-P)  Select all notes (ctrl-A)  Select 1/2 step  Select Edit-Slice Up (Ctrl-U)   RTFM! =)  Cheers. Guest PsiLoCyBe
Etherdesign - that goes for all BUT the TS404 coz you can't send it to the pianoroll

Guest translumination (wow)
yeah, makes it a pain in the ass.. oh well, boring 16th notes it is!
Guest PsiLoCyBe
I see it as changing every 16 notes - and not get stuck in boring loops ....
