Guest Dr. Cheroot
Hullo hullo hullo. I am soon expecting my 2 CDJ-100s and DJM-300. I have a Dell Dimension 8100 PC (Windows Me) with SBLive soundcard and Altec Lansing ADA 885 speaker system. My question: is there a way i can skip spending more money on an amp & speakers, by connecting the mixing sytem to the PC. What kind of interfacing cables/equipment/software will i need? Thanks a lot. Bhom bhom.
Guest Jeto
You can connect you altec speakers straight to ur mixer u need and ep to ep convertor one which will allow you to put in an ep into it and put another ep plug on the other side with two RCA on the other end of the wire... maybe sounds little complicated EP EP ------> |-------| <--------- Something like this |-----| is the connector your looking for
Guest Dr. Cheroot
umm yes. that was a bit complicated, but the diagram helped. can i go to radioshack or circuit city and ask for an "ep to ep converter" without embarrasing myself? thanks jeto
