Guest Mike D
Ok, I really want to get a keyboiard, and the Virus is more within my price range than a Nordlead 2. Could some one please explain the difference in non-technical terms?? I am starting up piano lessons againa, and my old piano is a bit worse for wear so I am gonna purchase a keyboard because: I wanna make electronic music It is cheaper then a good piano It will be fun with my new pc to run with cubase etc.! Thanx! Email if you want! And please don't post just a list of sights!!
Guest Johan
If you're a complete newbie, I suggest that you wait with the hardware and start out with Reason or some other Softsynth. www.propellerheads.se
Guest eXpulse
Hey man if you use Cubase , try some soft synth first, just download them from Kazaa, then see if you can make something and if you actually like it then read some books on analog synthesis , and if everything goes well get a synth you like if I were you i would buy good monitors first , cuz there is no point in a good synth if you can't hear what you are making ( all computer speakers are s&^%) at least that's what i did , and most likely i'm getting Novation Nova soon

Guest Lifeform
The Virus is more in your price range than a nord lead 2? Hmm... the Nord 2 is about 600 US dollars cheaper than the virus. I also suggest learning the basics first ... cause it's gonna take you a while to figure (even) cubase out. Slow down a bit... you dont want to overwelm yourself here... Guest Mike Indidginus
Have to agree with Lifeform there Mike D. Are you sure you don't mean the Virus rackmount? The Virus KB/Indigo are top of the range keyboards mate. My Indigo cost around £1,500... That's about 5 million Australian Dollars.
