Guest Blank Sam
Do you mean for trade, sale or other. I was really looking for royalty free samples but I like Skinny Puppy. Let me know. +BlankSam+

Guest Blank Sam
I went mixman support and under License Agreement I found out that none of the samples they offer are royalty free. It seams that mixman has an awful lot of "rules" about what you can and can not do with their singles, sound disks and trk files. I have 6 electonisounds disks. They are all in WAV . They are: -Trance explosion #1 -Trance explosion #2 -Poison sounds -Dub 'n trance -Electro synthbox -Vinyl revolution You can listen to them at http://www.electronisounds.com/ I also have Psychic TV electric Newspaper 1 and 2. I would one be able to part with copies of then only( they are VERY strange CD's) +Blank Sam+
ouroboros
"GRANT OF SOUND LICENSE: By installing this SOFTWARE or using these sounds, you agree to become bound by the terms of the License Agreement. The sound samples recorded on this CD-ROM remain the property of Mixman Technologies Inc. or its supplier(s) and are licensed, not sold, to you by Mixman Technologies Inc. for use with Mixman Technologies Inc. software. A right to use the enclosed sounds is granted to the original and end-user of the product (LICENSEE) and is not transferable. The sounds may be used for personal entertainment only. Audio files created with these sounds are subject to sample copyright laws and may only be transferred to Mixman only via Radio Mixman and public performance is only allowed via Radio Mixman." haha... nice try mixman. firts of all... they could never...ever prove you agreed to this. they could never prove you used thier software and therefore they cant prove you agreed to this silliness. all they can pove is that you used sound of thiers...but they cant prove where you got it. besides thay cant copyright say..a 4 4 kickdrum..boom boom boom boom.... its silly..how can they prove its "thier" sound? they cant. besides... while using mixman it tells you when you pick the trk. file if its royalty free or not..and they are all say they are royalty free...thus negating that whole shpiel. it it says royalty free...than its not your fault. they cant tell you none of thier sounds are royalty free...and then label them all royalty free. by labeling royalty free that forfiet thier claim on them. the only things not royalty free are trk. files derived from signed artists (this does not include the skinny puppy disc...as almost none of those sounds are actualy skinny puppy). i have heard plenty of mixman .trk files in songs. i say use as many as you want...they cant do sh1t mixman is a terrible company with horribly overpriced product and they cheat their costomers on a regular basis...believe me...i have had plenty of run ins with mixman costomer (dis) service. so use the sounds...just dont use them in mixman as mixman is incredibly limited in what you can do. Guest Blank Sam
Thanks for the information. I don’t own any of there disks and had not planned on buying any of them in the near future because of the problem of them not being “royalty free”. Now that you have explained that the company can’t do anything about it I may change my mind in the future. I would also like to know if you would still like to trade. +Blank Sam+
