Guest --SYNTH-- Posted July 11, 2002 Posted July 11, 2002 I have a Pentium 4 1.6, Windows 98, 512mb ram and an Audiophile 2496+SB Live Platium and I'm working(or trying) with Logic 5 but my ASIO drive keeps crashing (ASIO: System Overload -- The audio engine was not able to process all required data in time (-10011) ) The only way I can work with no crash is using PC AV driver (but the latency of it is huge). WHAT CAN I DO TO WORK ONLY WITH ASIO DRIVER WITHOUT OVERLOADING?? -- GOA 4 EVER -- Quote
Guest Lifeform Posted July 11, 2002 Posted July 11, 2002 Your system may be confused on which soundcard your trying to use... Try disabling one, and then go back in there.. Make sure your buffers and what not are set to a healthy ammount too. Quote
Guest reece Posted July 11, 2002 Posted July 11, 2002 what synths/fx/vst etc. etc. (and how many) are you running when you get this message??? if uve got, say, 10 Waves Rennaissance Reverbs running at once, that might be the problem..... :-) Quote
