Not quite sure how to answer your question. By "like the nord-lead" do you mean other digital analogue-modeling synths? Or are you after vintage gear that the nord-lead is emulating?

because there's a lot of different synth (nova, korg, etc...)

so i whant to make THE GOOD CHOiCE!!!

Don't appologise for your english, it's fine

 

I personally would go with a nord lead 3, as I've played with it and like the sound. Choosing a synth is a personal thing, so it is important that you visit a shop and have a play yourself. Synths that are similar are (follow the links for company homepages):

Access Virus

 

 

There are others about too, but those listed above are probably the most popular. Nothing beats the PHATness of a real analogue synth though.. if you can find an oberheim matrix... makes this lot sound like a bee in a tincan (well, almost )

I own nord 1 and it sounds wicked, also creamware Elektra for DSP based synth building & mixing
