Guest Mike Indidginus
I can't listen to your track due to poor a modem connection, but I just wanted to say that you shouldn't put your track down man! Being modest is one thing, but rubbishing yourself is another. It's your track, you've worked hard on it. Take happiness from that You can only improve with time! (At least, that's what I keep telling myself ).

Guest norb-e
hi... my comp is always logged on the internet, so i took the 2-3 hours and downloaded the track... anyone else interested in hearing it, email me, i can send it over vie IRC or AIM or ICQ or whatever... but only if Dajek doesn't mind... Dajek, you have a nice musical content (melodies) going. In my oppinion, production quality and musical content are equally important. Obviously, with a tracker program its harder to produce better quality music. With this song I guess you must've pushed the tracker to its limits. I would suggest to check out a real sequencer program, like cubase or logic... And there are a lot of really good websites where you can learn about production techniques. Go through the forums here and search for links... It takes some time and practice to produce good quality stuff, but the more songs you make, the more you learn and the better quality material you'll be producing. Also it't not a bad idea to learn to create more complex rhythmic/percussion grooves. Collect a lot of samples from the net, all kinds of drum sounds. And check out sampler programs or plugins, and just mess around with them for a long while... Listen to songs you like, and try to copy / immitate the rhythmic patterns... Your music is cool. Just work on the production! With these melodic ideas I can see you making some killer songs in the future... Hope this helped. Good luck. Guest Etnoscope:Raz
U guys r wrong if u think it's not possible to get pro sound quality, when using a tracker these days. I agree that it was almost impossible before even if you streamed, audio track by track and used it in a multitrack enviroment. But nowadays there r trackers which support vst, asio, groove quantisize, multioutputs and a whole other bunch of other features. just check out www.renoise.com (probertly the best tracker right now?) Dajek if you r used to trackers you'll soon find that using a piano roll, is not quite as fast as the standard tracker interface. btw: we produced allmost all our tracks in a tracker enviroment.
