Guest spiralix
Low and phat bases are often hard to make with digital synthesisers.. or vst instruments.. Try using a pice of analog equip. like the mono poly or sh101.. They are much better at making those powerfull basses.. and Eq ing is usefull to... Guest DeeperNETWERK
I have a quick cure for your problems. Load up the VST plug "sub bass" and put it to the preset "reinforcement". Try doubling up your OSC's on whatever your using... and on the second.. put a sine wave. That should give it some nice low end as well. Guest Mugge
1:make a sound on your synthesiser that you think is ok. 2: give it a boost with your eq ( this requires a lot of work to get a perfect result, takes some time, is quite booring, but is very rewarding ). 3:do some experimenting with programs like "sub bass" or maxx bass by now you should have a fairly nice bass... good luck
