Guest Kits
Anything by native instruments and Izoyope Ozone for final mastering
Guest reece
Waves plugins for sure. C4 multi band compressor, L1 Ultramaximiser. tidy. :-)
Guest DeeperNETWERK
Gotta agree with Reece. REQ6, C4, StereoEnhancer, L1+. In that very order.
Guest coriolis
t-racks mastering software is good - gives a very punchy sound with very little effort. its not a "plugin"... its standalone, but thats okay because you don't need a plugin for mastering purposes. Guest Themessenger
yeah i did find a realy good way to master stuff well i dont know if you dans do it in cubase but when ur done with ur track export it into sound forge and creat a plugin chainer ( all waves.com pluginzzz) wave eq6 band + wave c4 band compressor + wave paz analyzer + paz meter so you always can eq corecly your song while you look at the analyzer to see wich frequency there is missing and if you song got more bassy part ou lots of tweaking you juste compresse thje right prequency tu make it flat zewwwwww
Guest nuk hallington
use a software limiter on the master and make your own demo then let the mastering eng. do the work with the rigth outboard. don't spent too much time with the software... nuk hallington
Guest Spindrift
Anyone who digs the waves C4 and L1 have to check out the new waves masterig plugs...linear phase MB compressor and L2 and great eq's. Second best is the timeworks stuff: EQ & mastering compressor. T-racks is very good sounding and a breeze to use. Izotope seem to be loved by many ppl...but i thought it was very fiddly to use and the sound quality was not that good, so it beats me why that is.. And yes...as hallington say's leave it to the mastering engineer for tracks you will send for releasing....but I think everyone still want to make a mastered version of tracks they make to play at parties etc..... Guest Mike Indidginus
The new Waves shell plugins are great. More of them & they use way less processing power.
