Want to buy a synth

Hi, i am producing some music on my computer for a while now, but i noticed after a while it has soma advantages but also disadvantages, you don't have thath feeling in your fingers.

Now i want more going to the hardware stuff, and buy some stuff, i've got already a soundcraft mixer, midi keybord, and a audio inteterface device to connect my mixer to my computer, and now i want to buy a synth, but i have no idea which one. I don't have much expirience with this.

What kind of synth would you guys recomend me? and what type (a stand alone whit no keyboard or with keybord)
