using reason Recording Myself playing on my roland pluged in

Can i record, by reason, myself playing on my roland keyboard?

If the answer is yes, how can I do it?

You should be able to do that if your keyboard has a MIDI out port and your soundcard has a MIDI in. You will need to connect the MIDI out from your keyboard to the MIDI in on your soundcard and then you should be able to play and record your keyboard in Resaon. Not only that but you can also use your keyboard to play the Reason synths and samplers and the Rex as well which gives you an added bonus. The only problem is that you cannot record the audio from your keyboard in Reason only the MIDI notes. If recording audio that you play is what you're after you're better off using something like Cubase SX or Logic Audio...
