Delta 66 and Windows XP

I think maybe M-Audio cards and the VIA chipset have a bad history together. If you have an AMD chip I'd check to see if you have a VIA chipset.. maybe investigate how the 66 goes with the VIA first.

I do have an AMD chip and a motherboard with a VIA chipset. I also read about the potential conflicts between an M-Audio card and the VIA chipset a little while ago. As far as I can remember the problem doesn't occur with new VIA chipsets. As to _how_ new the chipset should be I have absolutely no idea. I guess I should have this issue cleared up before I go and buy an M-Audio card. :)
