Hey there,

Recently I've been fooling around with some drum machines and I am now thinking of buying one. I just wanted to know some of your guys suggestions or reviews on machines.

Thanx

I prefer the hardware drum machines to software ones/The feeling you get when you play live and the way you tweak them cant be compared 2 what you get from a soft drum machine even if the soft sounds better/I believe that the thing is to get something you wont be able to unstuck your hands from /something thats real ! Soft drum machines simply dont give you that feeling not even if they sound like paradise!

As far as the machinedrum is concerned i have also been told that it sucks

but 1300 euros is a lot of money for it to be so shitty : > dunno...

i've been thinking about hte machien drum picking it up, but honestly, lets face it psy drums aren't complex, all u really need is a good kick + hi hat + snare arrangement, throw some percussive loops on top...and it's all loops for the compelx shit, so a drum machine won't even accompplish that. i f anything the drum machine will just make the shit sounds more mechanical than using loops=-o... + the machine drum check it out it's more just for noises like something psilodumpster might do...but for psy...? may be if you want to do some really really weirdo ozpsy or suomi...:-D
