hi guys!i try desperately to get rid of some ticks and clicks from my mix.u know:some noise produced when some velocities or frequences are very high(that's how they get produced,or not?!)i can't reduce some volumes very much cause it would sound awful.

what should i do?it's the last step before my last conversion so i need your advice even more.could a denoiser help?i need advice and some "named" suggestions!

I use Cool Edit and it has a Click/Pop eliminator effect and it always does the job for me. Also you could try using a limiter when you mix the track down. It will just bring down the frequencies above your specified threshhold and the rest of the track won't loose anything.

Good Luck,

Maybe it's a good idea to figure out what sounds produce those clicks. (You prolly know already) and then for those sounds set the ATTACK of the sample a bit later. That will mostely get rid of the clicks.

or

if that doesn't help

Maybe too much treble.. or.... cut the resonance a bit....
