They're fine, but rear ported bass means you have to leave loads of room behind (50cm or more), so maybe not so cool for a small room. I'd beware of behringer and m-audio, they have no experience at making monitors and I've heard bad reports. Check www.soundonsound.com for reviews. Happy programming, miKe Quote
