Guest rich
this probably sounds like a stupid question but i just got reason and am keen to start learning how to make psy tunes. when i get a good drum loop going, how do i get it into the sequencer as a loop. ive tried recording but the drum plays away with no event recorded in the sequencer. i just want to do this so i can change the loop around and mess about with it a bit do i need to record it in or is there a way that i cant see? thanks , rich
Guest toa
Is it the redrum drum computer so right click on the unit and choose add to track... If its a rex player there is a little button next to the load button that says the same (Add to track) Hope it helped a bit
Guest ben
for that u have to use the function "copy pattern to track" i think if u remember well.... u also need to make sure that u see the midi sign next to the track u're pasting on otherwise it won't work. Click on drum machine to select it, then click on track u want (with midi sign) then find "copy pattern to track" from one of the pop-up menus. that should work... let me know if it doesn't... u can also do that with any melodies u make on the matrix pattern sequencer btw... ben

HINT, read Dictionary, he's friendly, much wiser and he has way better vocabulary than Manuel...
